Product Overview：
The production and manufacturing process of thin-walled seamless steel pipes can be divided into four basic methods: cold drawing/cold rolling/hot rolling/hot expansion. It can be made of materials such as 10 #, 20 #, 35 #, 45 #, 16Mn, 27SiMn, 15CrMo, 35CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, 10CrMo910, etc. It can be applied to seamless steel pipes for general structures, seamless steel pipes for fluid transportation, seamless steel pipes for boilers, seamless steel pipes for petroleum cracking, seamless steel pipes for ships, etc. Thin walled seamless steel pipes are named after their external wall thickness and are mainly used in industries such as mechanical processing, coal mining and chemical engineering, and hydraulic steel.
Product Process：
Tube blank inspection and peeling → Heating perforation → Hot rolling/cold rolling wall reduction → Multi pass cold drawing and precision rolling → Degreasing and oil removal → Bright annealing (with protective gas to avoid oxidation) → Straightening and cutting to length → Cleaning and deburring of inner and outer walls → Hydrostatic testing, non-destructive testing → Rust prevention treatment.
