Product Overview：
The production and manufacturing process of thick walled seamless steel pipes can be divided into four basic methods: cold drawing/cold rolling/hot rolling/hot expansion. Materials such as 10 #, 20 #, 35 #, 45 #, 16Mn, 27SiMn, 15CrMo, 35CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, 10CrMo910 can be used, which can be applied to seamless steel pipes for general structures, seamless steel pipes for fluid transportation, seamless steel pipes for boilers, seamless steel pipes for petroleum cracking, seamless steel pipes for ships, etc. Thick walled seamless steel pipes are named after their appearance of thick walls and are mainly used in industries such as mechanical processing, coal mining and chemical engineering, and hydraulic steel.
Product Process：
Tube blank inspection - peeling→heating perforation→hot rolling and extrusion forming→multiple precision rolling/cold drawing processes→degreasing and cleaning→heat treatment, quenching and tempering annealing - straightening and cutting to length; High pressure hydraulic materials undergo inner wall honing and cleaning, hydrostatic pressure testing, non-destructive testing, and finally rust prevention treatment.
