Product Overview：
Alloy pipe is a type of seamless steel pipe, which is divided into structural seamless pipe and high-pressure heat-resistant alloy pipe. Mainly different from the production standards and industry of alloy tubes, annealing and tempering of alloy tubes are carried out to change their mechanical properties and achieve the required processing conditions. Its performance is more versatile and has higher utilization value than ordinary seamless steel pipes. The chemical composition of alloy pipes contains more Cr, and it has high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. Ordinary carbon seamless pipes do not contain alloy components or have very few alloy components, so alloy pipes are widely used in industries such as petroleum, aerospace, chemical, power, boilers, and military.
Product Process：
Tube blank inspection, surface peeling and cleaning → high-temperature heating perforation → hot rolling forming → cold rolling/cold drawing precision processing → degreasing and cleaning → quenching or bright annealing to eliminate stress → straightening and cutting to length; High pressure hydraulic alloy pipes are equipped with inner wall honing and high-pressure flushing, followed by hydraulic pressure resistance testing, ultrasonic non-destructive testing, and rust prevention treatment.
